Shipping & Refunds

Shipping & costs

Within New Zealand, we ship by courier, and we require a physical daytime delivery address. We do not deliver to a PO Box.

There is a standard charge of $12.50 per delivery destination within New Zealand.

We do not currently sell online to non-New Zealand destinations. We have distribution agents placed globally who can assist should you wish to purchase our goods. Please contact us directly to find your local representative.

All transactions made through this website are billed in New Zealand dollars unless you use the currency select option your purchase will be billed in a Bank of New Zealand approved foreign currency.

Delivery times

Within New Zealand, orders placed from Sunday to Wednesday will be shipped no later than Thursday. Orders received between Thursday and Sunday will be shipped no later than the following Tuesday. Once shipped, the normal delivery time will be 1-2 working days. Orders going to rural delivery (RD) areas may take an additional 1-2 days.

Returns and exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

You must advise us within 3 calendar days of receipt of goods via email once the goods have been received from the courier

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

You have 15 days to return the product to our offices from the date you recived it via courier.

We will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION (as determined by staff at Beautiful Me NZ) and notification is within 3 days of receipt. We will provide you with a credit to your account with Beautiful Me NZ, or to your Credit Card in NZ dollars. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer and a 10 % restocking fee will apply.

Damaged or incorrect merchandise

We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a packing error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.

Prior to replacement the goods will be posted to BeautifulMe NZ post to PO Box 374 Kaiapoi North Canterbury. Be sure to include your contact details so that we can communicate about arrangements for replacing, refunding or exchanging your products. Upon receipt of goods we will act accordingly.

tracking orders

In New Zealand, when your order is shipped, you will be sent an email advising you of the Courier Ticket number and a link to the Courier's online tracking service. If your order is overdue, please check the tracking information or telephone us on +64 (0) 21 462 887, and we will be more than happy to track and trace your order for you.
